And being a planner is stressful enough as it is, so when you add choosing a venue for your event to the equation, there's a high probability your heart rate goes up. It might sound like a pretty easy endeavor. But anyone who's ever had to go through it knows there's more to the story than just signing a contract.

We always make a point to propel forward the conversation about inclusion in the event industry. And that's why this week we have a very interesting edition of #Eventicons. The Americans With Disabilities Act has been around for around 30 years. But recently, it was changed so that bodily functions are accounted for. So this includes food allergies and other specifics that people in the event industry need to be aware of.
